Always alone. Always on the outskirts. This time Unlife was skipping around near the mountain barrier. She was playing at the 'line', waiting to see if the Ache would find its way to her. She left the Swamp once, giggling disjointedly as she remembered the violence that had taken place.Her ear twitched as she heard the phantom sound of a stranger, the whisper of hoof-falls that had not yet come to pass, and she took on a defensive stance. Her legs stood wide apart, head low and swinging slowly back and forth, eyes darting faster than usual. "It likes to sneak up on us..." she breathed, waiting for whatever may - or admittedly may not - come.
