The sound of something sprinting through the underbrush with haste, heading right towards her. There was no escaping, no turning to run, it arrived too fast, BURSTING OUT from the bushes with an echoing KAAKAAWWW!
The bright marshfowl came to a skidding halt, feathers fluffed out, wings extended, bright glowing eyes gazing upon his new blessee.
Oh.
He drooped, just a little. He was getting better. Sort of. Only a little disappointed. At least the ears were cute.
Watch Me squawked a greeting at the Kiokote and puffed out his chest, placing his wing across his chest as he declared his undying loyalty and desire to bless her offspring blah blah blah the usual. It all just came out in chicken speak.

Spring stumbled back as the chicken approached her after its abrupt and chaotic arrival. The chicken definitely seemed different compared to the other animals she'd spoken to. Mostly, it wasn't running away in horror but that didn't really mean much. Her brow quirked as it clucked and crowed at her.
"Ar-are you a legendary? Can you bless my children?" She asked, hopefully. "If you can - I don't have anything particular to ask! Whatever you would bestow on them is fine," she smiled softly before quickly adding "unless it's something bad."
