Talent: Animal Taming
RP of Talent: Oliver's fingers twitched and he rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
"I uh..my name is Oliver or Ollie and I have a way with animals. A GOOD way. Yeah, uhm.." He looked around and spotted a flox sunning itself on the beach. He hopped off the stage, ran across the sand and gingerly picked the animal up and dashed back up to the stage.

The flox in his hands stayed mostly asleep until Ollie got to the stage.

"Floxes as you know, are pretty temperamental, specially when they are still wild." He began to slowly handle the Flox, who was waking up. "Easy little guy.." Ollie cooed.

The flox's head whipped around, now wide awake and 1000% not on board with what was happening. A growl familiar to anyone who'd been around flox meant death was coming. Oliver started to purr, a low and louder noise then one would expect. The flox still kept it's eyes fixed on the tanned man but very slowly the growling started to fade, body relaxed, claws retracted. In around five minuets, the flox was resting quietly in the man's arms though it eyed the crowd warily and it's tail twitched a little. Oliver put a finger to his lips and made the shush motion with a wink.

"Ta dah." he said quietly and walked off stage, carrying the flox with him to a gentle smattering of claps. As the next talent came out, a loud "OW!" echoed in the air. A couple of paramedics ran backstage and a couple people might have caught a glance of Oliver being lead to an ambulance, the flox locked on his calf, claw and teeth deep.

A dark skinned woman with pale hair and pale eyes walked up on stage with a large crow perched on her shoulder. It cawed inquisitively as it saw the crowd, and Nina smiled, lifting a hand to brush fingers along the Crow's head, humming a reassuring note at the bird.

"Alright Omen, go find me a green tie," she said to the bird, and with a loud caw they took to the air and soared out across the audience. It circled a time or two, then descended to land on the back of a chair nipping and plucking at the ever green colored tie of the man sitting there. Laughing, the man handed it over, and Omen took it, soaring back to the stage to drop it into Nina's waiting hand before landing on her arm.

She stroked their head again, surveying the audience, then leaned in to speak to the bird again. "Go find me a red cap."

Omen cawed again in response, and took flight again. This time they only circled once before swooping to they could grab a mostly red cap off the head of a laughing young woman.

They returned to deliver the hat, and Nina grinned brightly, holding an arm up for the bird to land on. "Good job, Oman." She nuzzled against one of their wings. "One more, alright? Go find me a a pair of pink sunglasses."

Omen tilted their head, thinking, then took off again. Clearly they knew exactly where to look, because they flew direction towards an older woman with a pair of pink framed shades perched on her head. They dipped, cawing, and snatched the glasses before returning to the stage one last time to land on Nina's shoulder.

Talent: Dancing
RP of Talent: Amara stood off to the side of the stage, watching the contestant before her with a smile on her face. So far she'd loved very single talent that had been performed. Everyone was so unique and wonderful! She was almost vibrating in place with how excited she was, feeding off the love from the audience as well as the pride from the performers. This was what she lived for! People supporting people was one of her favorite things to experience in life. Getting up on a stage and making others happy by doing something she loved was the biggest thrill in the world.

When it was her turn, she adjusted the rainbow colored silk that she wore for this performance. Her clothing was white, but the silk draped over and around her to create wonderful shapes and movement as she moved. Even simply walking onto the stage had the rainbow fabric billowing beautifully around her. She gave a little bow to the audience, smiling wide, and waited for her music to start.

Although she was a little chaotic and a bit accident prone off stage, when the music started and the spotlight was on her, Amara became a coordinated, graceful dancer. Her constant smile was replaced with an expression of pure but subtle joy as she moved, her mind off in the place it went to whenever she was doing what she loved. She hadn't choreographed anything for this talent show, she just let the music tell her what to do. It was a short piece - everything she danced to felt too short - and when the music finally ended she took a low bow to the applause offered to her. How exhilarating! She headed off the stage, tripping on the last step and stumbling onto the sand. Oh well...at least she'd given a good show while she was up on the stage!

Talent: Hula hooping
RP of Talent: Lark set up slowly as there was a small break for the audience to get snacks or use the restroom, as well as newer people to come in to have a seat while others departed. It was good thing she had a few minutes as her act took a little while to set up. She had to have her hoops placed just so in order for her to collect them during her routine. Her movements were slow and methodical and when it was finally time to begin she faced the audience without a smile. She did raise her hand to give a little wave before stepping back to the center of the stage to wait for her music.

The music was surprisingly up beat and fast, and as Lark began to move all sense of slowness was gone. She was light on her feet and fluid in her movements as she started with one hoop, moving her waist to keep it around her body. As she walked around the stage she bent, reached, stepped, and grabbed at various hoops that she'd laid out. Soon she had ten hoops around her, some circling her on her waist and torso, others around her ankles, and more on her arms. Eventually all of them were around her body, allowing her to grab more for her limbs.

Eventually she had a total of fifteen hula hoops which nearly obstructed her from view of the audience. They were all spinning in unison right up until the end when she stopped, stepping out of the hoops as they fell from around her to finish her act by leaping through one she sent rolling across the stage. The applause made her bow before collecting her hoops and departing the stage, no smile ever decorating her face.

RP of Talent: OG's heart racing with excitement. She made her entrance, a whirlwind of orange color. From her oversized clown shoes to her orange dress, she was a sight to behold. But it was her clown wig, a vibrant untamed mass of orange curls, that really turned heads. The crowd murmured, some amused, others perplexed. She was ready to steal the spotlight.

Cove's voice boomed over the sound system, inviting everyone to showcase their talents. As she stepped into the nice, warm glow of the platform, the crowd erupted in cheers, and OG could feel the energy crackling around her.

“Hey everyone!” she called out, grabbing the microphone with both hands, her eyes sparkling. “I’m OG, and I’m here to make you laugh! I promise, I’m funnier than dad jokes!”

She launched into her routine, her humor as bright and bold as her favorite color. With each punchline, she twisted her wig, making goofy faces that sent waves of laughter through the audience. They were captivated by her funny style.

As the final joke rolled off her tongue, the crowd roared with applause. OG took a dramatic bow, the wind catching her hair and making it dance.

A young girl with a shy demeanor stepped onto the stage, her heart racing. She held her flute, a long shiny instrument. She took a deep breath and began to play. The moment her sound filled the air, the audience leaned in, captivated by the soft notes that flowed like water. Sol closed his eyes for a moment, allowing the melody to wash over him. It was a simple song and soon he noticed the tension in the girl’s shoulders relax as she found her rhythm.

As the night deepened, it was his time. The crowd cheered, eyes sparkling with excitement as Sol stood up, the light from the stage illuminating his silver hair. He approached the microphone.

“Ah, stories,” he began, his voice soothing and melodic, instantly calming the rising energy of the crowd. “They are like the waves, each one carries a piece of the sea, a memory from the shore. Let me tell you about a time I met a wise old turtle..”

As Sol spoke, the audience was entranced. They could feel the warmth of the sand beneath them and the cool breeze against their skin, as if they were transported to the shores he described. The calming voice was like a lullaby, and one by one, they began to relax, some even drifting into gentle slumber.

When Sol finished his tale, a soft murmur rippled through the crowd as people stretched and yawned, their faces peaceful. There were no loud applause, no excited cheers, just quiet happiness.

Bonnie practically skipped as she rolled her cart onto the stage, cord trailing behind her. The woman set up quickly, pressed a switch on the cart's tabletop, and donned thick gloves. Carefully, she lifted a large pot from the bottom rack of the cart and tipped it over the tabletop. Clear, oozing sugar tumbled out and settled into the square shape blocked out on the table. She set aside the large pot and began sprinkling white dust over the melted sugar, followed by a few drops of dye in green and brown on separate corners of the square. The sugar sizzled as it accepted the dye and she swirled it in. When she was satisfied with the mix, Bonnie took out a pair of very large scissors and cut the semi-solid sugar into the different color sections.

The woman began working the sugar until there was enough air to turn it white. She set aside that section and worked on the others until she had a large section of white, a medium section of pearly green, a medium section of translucent green, and a tiny section of brown. From there, she worked the pearly green into an oval that she pressed in on the top and bottom. After that, she wrapped half the translucent green around it. The tiny, brown section followed in the form of a thin triangle on top. The white section wrapped all around this shape and then was wrapped in translucent green. Bonnie hoisted the large round and began rolling it until a log formed.

With her hands guiding the sugar, Bonnie made the end of the log smaller and smaller until it was thin and snake-like. She pulled lengths of it before using the edge of her scissors to knock the thin rod clean. She continued doing that for several minutes until a collection of thin rods were on her table. The scissors were set aside for a few moments while she rolled the logs against one another to keep their round shape while the cooled. Then, she grabbed a small spatula and lifted the rods over a tray. With a quickness, she guided the rods towards the tray and her free hand chopped down on them to break them up. When it was all finished, she revealed the tiny candies had small images of apples in the center.
