Naming Dream

Spoiler

Born the only totoma of his parents union, he took after his father, trying to be strong and bold, a small foal with with a loud voice and a strong sense to protect the family that he loved. As he grew, though, he started to fall back from his father's constant travels of the territory, feeling that constant vigilance was a little too time and energy wasting, and started working on home that they shared.

He spent months on it, obsessively, and constantly was told that he was taking too much time on such a strange little home, but when the winter started to come, and with it the snow and the cold snap, they finally recognized where his talents lie.

They deemed him "Storm Shelter", for he was always there, always caring for his home, his storm shelter, to keep those he loved away from what could harm them.
