What I Need to Hear: It's okay to let go. It's hard at times and it's frustrating, but you can't just let it weigh you down until you start sinking. You cannot let it get to that point. Your health is more important than trying to be perfect at work. You make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes and it's okay. If you learn from those mistakes, and you do, then you're doing just fine.

There will be times when you will emotionally disconnect from the world and that's okay too. You have friends who are looking out for you and will help bring you back to your safe place as need be. You are strong and you deserve all the good in the world, even though you don't always think so.
