Oh, she was in it again.

Peridot couldn't say no to a wonderful evening with a lovely, bright coloured buck, and that's exactly what Ever Fire had been. She had no regrets, but a different weight fell on her; she was with child again, and she knew it. A familiar feeling, motherhood, but this time, she was going to try reaching out to the powers-that-be for this brood. Just a small added bonus, if you would.

With a small bushel of flowers and a shiny rock, she was off to find the swamp-blessed, hoping to ask for a simple, quick hope for her future brightlings.

As it always was, Roses in Bloom felt the tug of someone in need. She extracted herself from the sleeping form of Half Truth, and before she could draw a breath, was in her swan skin. She gave a gentle trumpet, a farewell if her love was awake, and was off.

She found the little acha some ways away, and came to land directly before her. The swan looked up, and craned its head to the side.

“Honk.”

Of everything she expected, Peridot did not expect the entrance, and honking of a swan.

She knew that the Legendaries of yore had mystical powers and the like, but being able to take the form of an avian, or an animal was a little past what her mind considered, and, nearly dropping her presents, she looked at the lovely creature before her. After a moment, with a small start, the doe moved closer and placed the gift near the swan, bowing her head.

"I assume you've been called to me" She started, clearing her throat afterwards, as if to hide her sudden surprise, "I am, in fact, pregnant again with another set of ... likely pokey ... children, who I'm excited to meet. Being a mother is neat." Whether or not she was fully mature enough to be a full time mom was questionable, but the wide smile on her face said otherwise.

"All I wish, is that they share a sense of wonder and interest in the world. Children should always be so curious."
