His stomach rumbled.

Bones was hungry in a world-shattering, pain in his bones, angry kind of way. That all consuming hunger that felt like death. Somewhere, buried deep in the recesses of his mind, he knew that there would be more hungry mouths to find food for(or to become food, but they weren't real yet so they couldn't be considered food. Yet.)

Still, he was hungry now.
