When Praise the Sun heard the news, he was extra loud about his gratitude to the MotherFather (and obviously the Sun). He bounded through the plains, bathing underneath the morning's rays in utter delight as he spread far and wide that "I'M TO BE A FAAAAAAAATHER!!!!!"

There was no anxiety nor worry to the kiokote buck. Why would he? His partner was magnificently brilliant, almost blinding as a kin, and in Praise's eyes second only to the glorious Sun. And if he was not worthy of being a father, or a proper partner, then he would not have been granted such boons in his life! But just because he had endless confidence in himself, it didn't mean he would refuse any additional blessings (or help) that would come his way.

If anything, him running around and shouting at the top of his lungs was anything but subtle in seeking a Legendary kin.

She was already out doing blessings, so why not take a detour out to the plains? Tidal Terror found something very off about Obelisk travel, but the Motherfather did not stop her hooves from going through. And when she thought about it, if the Motherfather did not like it, then why did legendary kin guide others to the sleeping Obelsiks before?

Questions she was sure were not any of her business. She had more pressing tasks ahead, and ones that did not make her head hurt to contemplate.

Although, maybe that was just travel sickness. Obelisks...were strange.

The totoma came upon the sight of a running kiokote (as they tended to do), shouting about his impending fatherhood.

She gave a silent thanks to the Motherfather for the serendipity of it all.

"Hail and well-met!" she called out. "And congratulations!"

Praise didn't so much as pause as he readjusted the direction of his running in order to head towards the first kin to acknowledge his happy news. He wasn't out of breath as he came bounding towards the totoma, all smiles and excited energy. "Thank you, kind stranger!" He beamed, "This is my first time to become a father and I'm so happy!"

Just saying it out loud to another kin sent another ripple of energy and excitement through the kiokote and he couldn't help but dance circles around the doe. "I can't wait for my partner to be strong enough and the younglings to be big enough so we can run through the planes under the sun!" He was giggling in delight for a good while before remembering his manners. "And what brings you to the flatlands? I don't see many totoma in these parts."
